Cancellation Policy

Non Furniture Items: For non furniture items under Rs. 5000, if you want to cancel the order, if it is not shipped from our warehouse, we levy Rs. 500 as Cancellation charges. If item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is damaged or defective. We will offer replacement or refund for any such defective items. within 15 days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse. This means the once the refund is approved, the customer will get the refund within 15 days in his/ her account.


For Sofas and Furniture: Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.


For all Other Products: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as warranty mention with product). We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. 


In case of any concerns, please send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated from "My Account" section. Once the return is accepted for refund, you would be contacted by our Customer Care team for product collection. You will need to retain the item with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with the Original Invoice. You can retain a copy of the Invoice for reference and future correspondence. For any further clarifications do get in touch with our friendly customer care folks.

Cancellations: We accept cancellation of confirmed orders till the end of next day, provided it is not been shipped yet.


All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Jodhpur RAJASTHAN INDIA
